Founded by industrial engineer Carolina Smith, IAC Solutions was built on a simple principle: protecting and restoring building assets requires specialized expertise, proactive planning, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Carolina began her career in the architectural glazing and facade industry more than 17 years ago. Originally from Colombia, she worked for ES Windows / Tecnoglass, one of the world's leading manufacturers of architectural glass and aluminum systems. Her success within the organization led to a transfer to Miami, where she managed logistics and quality control operations supporting projects throughout the United States.
While working closely with contractors, developers, and building owners, Carolina recognized a growing challenge across the construction industry: damaged building surfaces, curtain wall systems, windows, and doors were often expensive to replace and difficult to restore properly. At the same time, many projects lacked comprehensive protection strategies to prevent damage from occurring in the first place.
In response to that need, Carolina founded IAC Solutions, creating a company dedicated to protecting and restoring building surfaces throughout every stage of construction.
Today, IAC Solutions serves clients nationwide and has become a trusted partner for general contractors, developers, property owners, and facade professionals across the United States.
